[imp] Mime (magic) trouble (HEAD)

It's not horde/imp related. I found that the mime_content_type() 
function in PHP
always returns text/plain when I use it on a file with an unknown 
content_type.
I don't know why. For now I don't use the mime-magic extension anymore.
