[imp] cannot login to any pop servers...

I have configured Horde and IMP with the most basic options just to get it
to work (before I tweak it). I am running Windows Server 2003 and IIS 6.0
with PHP 4.3.4.

For some reason it does not let me login to any pop server even if the
username and password are correct.

 

I have configured everything correctly, as you can see from
http://www.dougak.com/horde/test.php

 

Let me know if anyone has any ideas.
