[imp] Problem with debian / php / imap?

Not strictly an IMP-problem, but i am hoping someone has seen this

I am running Debian Testin/Unstable, and the versions listed below. 
And now I find that after the last apache/php upgrade via apt-get apache
no longer starts unless I disable imap from my php.ini, has anyone seen
this, and how can it be rectified?
