[imp] IMP problems

Hello!
I am having two problems with IMP
1) it does not show a folders menu option (inbox, drafts, sent, etc.)
2) it does not show flags/types in the inbox (unseen, answered, important, etc)

could it be a conf.php setting I am missing?
