[imp] Login problem when I have a big message in my inbox

Dear All,

When I have a big message (around 7MB) in my inbox, I
can't login. It goes to "The page cannot be displayed"
page. I can send with such size but I can't read it
when the message get into my mailbox.
Some info:

Apache 1.3
PHP 4.1
Horde 2.0
IMP 3.0

I'm not sure if the following makes sense
php.ini
memory_limit = 50M
upload_max_filesize = 10M
max_execution_time = 300

Please, let me know if you need more info.
