The content of the email.  Say someone sends me information for a
teleconference, dial-in info, conference code, etc.  I would like the ability
to copy that to a new appointment in the comments field.

Not sure, maybe I'm missing something, but when I hit the print button, 
I get a
new window that is formatted for printing, but all the color formatting of the
different conversations are still there.  When it's printed on a black laser
printer, it comes out gray and faded.
