[imp] Install imp 4.0 alpha - How-to

Dear All,

Packages:
- apache 2.0.49
- openssl 0 .9.7d
- imap- 2004.RC8
- php-4.3.6
- horde-3.0 ALPHA
- imp-4.0 ALPHA
- kronolith-2.0-ALPHA

I wanted to install imp-alpha with horde without success. Could anyone 
successful in installing the packages give me some hints/procedures in 
getting them work? I could not get the "Administration" page from loggin 
into horde hence "imp/config/conf.php" was not obtained. There was no 
horde/framework from the horde package.
