[imp] Compiling PHP question

All,

I am running into the following problem when compiling
PHP and Apache statically.  I have tried a few different
versions of both Apache and PHP and seem to be running
into the same problem.

Here is the output when I issue the make command within
my PHP folder (after running ./configure with my --options.):

Many places on the Internet indicate that the problem
is coming from PHP, however no one lists a fix.

Has anyone seen this before??
