http://www.maxdesign.com.au/presentation/relative/ is a good read. I think
if you take the possible problems into consideration, relative font sizes
can be used more or less safely. If such a theme works good, we might as
well use relative sizes in all themes.

I don't know if this is really necessary, but it might indeed be a nice
idea, in parallel with the language selection.
