[imp] Configuring IMP and Horde

I am new to Linux.  I have followed the install directions for Horde and IMP.

I get the logon page but when I enter anything, it just goes to a blank white page.  I do not recall any of the instructions specifying how to link/create accounts when running.

I see some errors on the horde test, but i can't seem to be able to find how to correct them.  I followed directions on the INSTALL file, but it was not consistent,

Much help is very appreciated. I just need to figure out how to get horde running on this VDS server.
