[imp] Imp + PGP

Hi does anyone know of where there is instructions to install gnupg with imp? 
or any pgp with imp?  I looked on docs.horde.org but it doesnt say anything 
about how to impliment pgp and imp.  I am running imp 3.0 at this moment does 
my version support pgp? or if I have to upgrade to 3.2 I dont mind.  thanks for 
any help or suggestions for imp+pgp .  all suggestions are welcome.
