[imp] polling all INBOX.* folders

We're going to be migrating to a Cyrus IMAP based setup.  Well armed w/ 
UP IMAP proxy and Cyrus's "Murder", we think we can afford the 
performance hit incurred by polling all of a user's folders for new 
mail (as we've code to calculate folder size in that same routing).  Is 
there anyway to turn polling on by default for all the folders in the 
INBOX.* space?
