[imp] Overriding html.php values..

I'm trying to change the background color for ONLY the login and logout pages on IMP. I can't seem to figure out how to do it however. Even if I change explicitly set the bgcolor to something different than what I have in imp/config/html.php in login.inc, when css.php is executed, will override what I have set. 

Any suggestions?
