[imp] email sort order issues

I am using mysql.  Preferences I set in options seem to be persistent.  What
else am I missing?

Here are the relevant lines from horde/config/conf.php

$conf['prefs']['params']['table'] = 'horde_prefs';
$conf['prefs']['params']['driverconfig'] = 'horde';
$conf['prefs']['driver'] = 'sql';
