[imp] IMAP folders and message IDs showing

Are you using Maildir format mailboxs? If so, I'm sure the "folders"
attribute should be set to something like "INBOX", rather than "Mail/".
Double check that value, from memory, there is an example in the example
configuration files for Maildir.
