[imp] IMP 4.0 pgp question

 I don't know that I would have an answer to your question(s). However,
I am sure that if you provide a little more information about your system.
It would make it much easier to assist you. For example; PHP version, PEAR version,
OS/ version and perhaps PGP/ GPG version.
