[imp] imp head, call to undefined function

I get this when trying to send a composed email.

Fatal error: Call to undefined function: expandenvironment() in 
/home/stedan/public_html/fishfood/imp/compose.php on line 218

And get this when trying to open emails.

Fatal error: Call to undefined function: highlightquotes() in 
/home/stedan/public_html/fishfood/imp/lib/MIME/Viewer/plain.php on line 100

This setup works on my test server, just moved everything across, to my 
shared host, pears woking pretty good. Now just get this error, it's the 
only thing going wrong.

Anyone got a clue whats going on?
