[imp] compose with attachment/s sized 800kb+

I think the memory_limit is way too small.

I had problems couple of months ago with a small memory_limit with big 
attachments. It is not the only thing to check, but it helped me solve 
some issues with imp (test.php tells anyway to remove the memory_limit 
if possible).
