You have to put something in those "Should we bounce the message" fields (i.e.
put in "true" or something like that).  If those fields are empty, IMP won't
even look for the hook.

Later tonight, I'll look into either not requiring these fields to be 
filled in
if we are using the hook to generate the addresses, or else simply documenting
that something needs to be entered into those fields for the hook to work.
