[imp] imp + courier-imap folders

I don't know how to do this in Courier, but in Cyrus there is a
Config-option that shows you a tree view like this:

+INBOX
+Sent
+Trash
+MyFolder
 +MySubFolder

# Use the alternate IMAP namespace, where personal folders reside at
# the same level in the hierarchy as INBOX.

altnamespace: yes
--->8--

If i set this option to no, i get the same tree view as you.

Probably this is, what you're looking for.
