[imp] imp + courier-imap folders

Well, I think the desired behavior would be:

+ Inbox
+ Trash
+ MyFolder
   + OtherFolder

And not:

+ Inbox
   + Trash
   + MyFolder
     + OtherFolder

As the documentation says, why would I want users to have to know that 
their personal folders are actually under INBOX?, just like Dan Brown's 
case (previous in the thread), and most imap clients.

Not a big deal. Just that I thought (am I wrong?) that this behavior is 
the right one.
