[imp] Display Questions

I've been slowly figuring out how to configure IMP/Horde with all the 
changes, but one thing has eluded me so far. is there an easy way to 
configure which menu icons appear in IMP? With the sidebar provided by 
Horde, many of the buttons are redundant, and the icons don't wrap 
nicely if the window size is too narrow (might be a uncleared float 
from the looks of it).

Second, since we only use IMP and Turba, and we would like to insulate 
users from having to know what Horde is, is there a way to hide it from 
displaying in list in the sidebar?
