[imp] [horde] cant save Usersettings

I think that this can not be the one, because i can browse with the 
sql-shell from horde through the database and tables.
But i cant save something.
Is it right, that the database tables are all empty ?
Neither mysql-log nor horde.log or syslog tell me something about a 
"problem". Everything looks fine but nothing (saving) works ... :-(
