[imp] language selection problem

hi,

I am using imp3. I have locked langage selection for all users to
Lithuanian. So pages should be displayed in Lithuanian at all times.

Now I am trying to make a copy of my webmail install.
My main installation is at mail.domain.com
for testing purposes, I want a copy at mail2.domain.com

I do:
cp -r mail mail2
All files appear to have been copied fine.

However, when I log into mail2 system, language seems to be changing
from english to lithuanian at random order. Click inbox 10 times, and
you will see approx 5 english pages and 5 lithuanian pages.

On the old system (mail.domain.com) there is no such problem.

any ideas?
