[imp] OT: Migrating addressbooks from Squirrelmail to IMP...

Hi,

Are there any resources for how to migrate a database (mysql) backed Addressbook
created under Squirrelmail to IMP/Turba (also mysql backend) I was looking to
just do an export/import, but noticed that Turba has a identifier field that
I'm not sure how to recreate.

Suggestions for where to find scripts/documentation on how to do this would be
most welcome.
