[imp] pear install fileinfo

I'm getting the following issue when trying to install fileinfo either 0.1.or
0.2 and either from pear install or manual phpize-configure...

(running ./configure after running phpize i get)--> configure: error: cannot
find sources (Makefile.in) in . or ..

(running 'pear -d preferred_state=beta install -a fileinfo' i get)-->
downloading Fileinfo-0.2.tgz ...

running: phpize
