While testing a new IMP 4.0.2 + horde install, at some point while using it on several occassions, the page I get back is simply the above. Does this mean php crashed? I didn't see anything in my logs, but logging level might be high enough. Any likely suspects, causes, or approaches to debugging would be welcome info. Thanks!
