[imp] Re: <html><body></body></html> content only

Just curious, what browser are you using? I know some (Firefox for
sure) puts "<html><body></body></html>" on any blank (truly blank)
page. Might want to pull up an intentionally blank page to see if your
browser is what's putting the little bit of html in there...
