[imp] IMP Problems

Hello!

After I jump from IMP 3.x to 4.x I'm getting some problems with IMP and 
Outlook.

if I send an email using some kind of brazillian characters (áéíóúãç) the 
email comes with a ^M (line terminator). So if I open this e-mail on Outlook 
I lost the text format.

workarounds: 

piping it through dos2unix


There is some fix to prevent IMP sending ^M at end of lines?

ps: a normal email doesn't come with ^M, only if I used those brazillian 
characters
