No, the icons are floating correctly like they are supposed to do. All 
icons are rendered floating with the new menu layout, and they float 
around the folder icon in the top right as far as possible until they 
have to wrap because they hit the right border of screen.
They probably shouldn't float around the folder or wrap at all, but 
noone has come up with a working cross-browser CSS solution yet.
