Oh my... I just understood. You are saying that there are not 3 lines of 
icons. Actually there are 2 lines of icons AND the "Open Folder" select box.  
The icons positionated in the last positions of the first line had to wrap, 
since the top right position is for the "Open Folder" select box.
That makes sense.

I think I have to follow Craig's advice.
