I'm using IMP 3.2.6, and a single user is complaining about not being
able to send e-mail.  I've seen something similar to this for clients
behind web proxies on networks who cannot send a POST request. But, in
this case, the user successfully sends a POST to the server. But, the
POST response is "200", and no action is taken ( no bytes transferred ).
   We've configured multiple browsers on the same computer, and none work.

Any thoughts on this?  Please let me know if there are additional
details you would like me to provide.
