[imp] Enumerating users fix...

I'm having the "Too many login failures" problem when authenticating
the cyrus user in Administration -> Users. It appears from some
threads last month that this has been fixed in CVS... but I wasn't
able to determine what module needed to be reinstalled, horde or imp?
Also which cvs tree is recommended for applying the fix to a
production install, HEAD or RELENG?
