Should be noted in the documentation for IMP then. It should just be a 
one liner
that says "You will need aspell 0.60 or higher".  Do you need a diff? :)

It appears to be broken for break tags - I submitted a bug to the aspell
maintainer. <br /> is valid XHTML syntax but optional for HTML 4.0, so maybe
that's why its flagged..
