Unfortunately i am not able to isolate the code leading to the toolkit crash.
What i have found is that if i send the message the IMAp toolkit crash, but if
i store it as draft no error occurs. At this stage i fail to see what is
different reagarding the IMAP toolkit between this two choices.
This is tested on the same server with the same settings at all. 
Smaller message
sizes went through fine, so this seams to be a race condition appearing 
only on
a slow machine maybe at heavy load or really big message sizes.

If someone is able to help extract a code sample out of the IMP (3.2.7)
compose.php we can maybe get it fixed in PHP.
