I like the general idea of being able to copy an email to a task, because you
may need to respond to an email, that is also a task request.  Hadn't thought
of that but I'm not organized enough to move emails to tasklists :)

What about a hybrid verb - if the destination of the action is a mail folder,
move it.  If its a task list (or some other non-mail object), copy it. 
Something along the lines of "Assign".

Or leave the verbage Move but have the task lists menu portion be:

Copy To:
Tasklist1
Tasklist2
