[imp] Problem of wrapping multi-byte body.

I've searched the imp archive and found Jan mentioning that wrapping
method was not multi-byte safe. I think it still is even with the
latest imp. Multi-byte body(ie, Korean) is being wrapped around 55
bytes each line. It is a quite critical problem for multi-byte users.

Is there any patch to fix it, yet?
