[imp] User Options not saved / lot of sess_ files

Hi..
I dont know why my users cant save their options on horde. The system show the
options was saved, but is not true.
this is my horde's conf.php:

Another Thing...
I noticed i have a lot of sess_* files on /var/tmp and their dont was deleted
when the sess was finished.. Any idea on this?
