Well, I'm not sure how tightly Gollem and IMP are coupled but that would be a
possibility.  You could upload the file through the Horde File Manager, then
select it from IMP.

"Should we use the Horde VFS system for storing uploaded attachments?" is a
config item in IMP -> Compose.  And there's mention of Gollem in
imp/docs/INSTALL.
