[imp] Virtual INBOX and Trash weirdness

Also, as a followup to Virtual Trash, if you choose to use Virtual Trash, I
think it would make sense that the Trash selection menus disappear from any
place they show up in IMP options.  The use of a "real" vs. "virtual" trash
folder seems to be a mutually exclusive option, no?
