[imp] The folder "sent-mail" was not created. This is what the server said:

  Sorry, subject was missing in the previous mail.I am using Horde
3.05RC2 and IMP 4.0.3.

If the user still does not have any sent-mail folder and he tries to
change the default identity where Save Sent-mail is selected, I get
the above warning as mentioned in the subject.  But, using Folders
option, users are able to create sent-mail folder.  We are using
Cyrus-Imap.

Has anybody observed this behaviour.
