[imp] Compose window refresh problems after clicking "attach"

I'm having some problems with my installation of horde/imp.

Components:

Horde 3.0.4
Imp   4.0.2
Turba 2.0.2
Ingo  1.0.1
php   4.3.11

While in a Compose window, a user will browse to a local file to attach to an
email message.  After clicking the "attach" button, the Compose window will go
blank and not refresh ... the browser window will just report "Done" at the
bottom of the window.

Any suggestions or debugging hints would be greatly appreciated.
