I using University of Washington IMAP toolkit Version 2004

I use both, IMP 3.28 and IMP 4.0.3 and strange thing is that in IMP 3.2.8 everything is ok - I can
create malibox name with 8-bit characters, but in IMP 4.0.3 I can't :-(.
And when I create in IMP 3.28 folder which name contains 8-bit charakters (like/ISO 8859-2 wysłaneś) in
IMP 4.03 i see it's name like:  wys&sw-ane&tg-

Next "funny" behavior in IMP 4.0.3 is that when I set encoding UTF-8 in my browser-
I've got blank screen. In encoding ISO-8858-2 it is ok; pages are displayed ok.
