[imp] IMP Identity prefs

I am looking at a Horde installation for multiple users that will use 
seperate authentication for IMP where all users will log into the same 
local imap account.  The identities are stored with horde_prefs, but the 
users need to share the identities and corresponding signatures.  Is 
there a way for all users (no matter their horde login) to have a 
default set of imp identities/signatures?  It would almost be as if the 
signatures were stored with the IMP account rather than the horde account.
