[imp] Folders not appearing in sidebar or folder navigator

    I have, and they still don't appear.  Again, it apparently sees the 
folders for some purposes, since it lists them (and I can access them) 
through the "Open Folders" drop-down list in the upper right.  They 
also appear in the preferences in the various places that a folder 
needs to be selected (drafts, Trash, sent-mail, etc.).
