[imp] Folders not appearing in sidebar or folder navigator

Those folders are not passed through IMAP_Tree, though, like the 
folders on the sidebar are.  So those folder lists have absolutely 
nothing to do with any sidebar issues.

Can you see folders in the Folders screen correctly?
