[imp] Continued Namespace Brokenness

Hi, all.

For the past week (or so), I've not been able to save sent messages,
and other users with Spam and Trash folders haven't been able to use
these folders as well. I realize this is because of the namespace
autodetection support being put into place, and this is what I get for
using CVS code that's in a state of temporal flux, instead of
production code. ;-)

When I did a CVS upgrade this morning, none of this stuff got fixed,
but new stuff got broken. When I go to view the folder list in the
Folder Navigator, any subfolders below the first level can no longer be
seen or expanded, as in:
Inbox
L Foo
L Bar
L Woot
L Stuff
L Friends

though the actual folder hierarchy (and the Folder Navigator before
today's CVS) actually looks more like this:

Inbox
L Foo
   L Bar
   L Things
L Bar
   L What
   L IMP
   L Ingo
L Woot
L Stuff
L Friends
   L Chuck Hagenbach
   L Jan Schneider
     L Wit
     L Witticism
   L Michael Sluzarz

The complete folder list continues to be available in the mailbox
pulldown listing, and the 'Move/Copy To' pulldown list. A
quasi-spurious "user" folder appears in both the folder navigator and
in the Horde frameset under Mail. It's quasi-spurious because all user
folders in Cyrus are under the user. hierarchy (user.bwuhlman.Inbox,
user.bwuhlman.sent-items, user.joesmith.Inbox, etc).

I'm running Horde CVS, updated today, with the offending
hierarchies/folders/etc entries removed from servers.php, PHP 5.0.4,
and Cyrus 2.2.12.

Any thoughts or debugging you can suggest?

Brandon
