[imp] User configurable mail folder

Not without hacking the code.  The location of the user's mail folders 
on the IMAP server is not something that is configurable by the user - 
it can only be set in conf.php.  Additionally, all this will become 
obsolete in IMP 4.1+ as namespace determination is automatic.
