[imp] Adding mail accounts to fetch

Hello,
i would like to add some mail accounts to fetch (in addition to the one 
i'm logged in), but i don't know how to add those accounts
the "accounts" tab shows me : "fetch mail", "close" no "add an account"
(it should, i think, "*Other Mail Accounts* Check all mail servers you 
want to fetch mail from: " but there is nothing after that.)
i'm using imp H3 4.0.4-RC1 and horde 3.0.5
