[imp] PHP IMAP Support Test Fail

Dear All,

I am using Fedora Core 4, PHP 5.0.4-10.4, Horde 3.0.5 and imp-h3-4.0.3.

After installed completely, I visit my IMP testing sites
"http://192.168.0.154/horde/imp/test.php".

Then, I input the server, port, user, password for test.  However, I got the
following error:

    [0] => Can't connect to 192.168.0.154,143: Permission denied
)

ERROR - The server returned the following error message:
